Alex had a great week! On Thursday night, we had Blue and Gold Banquet for Cub Scouts, where he received his Bear badge, along with a gold arrow and two silver arrows! What an accomplishment! We are so proud of him and love how much he love Scouts! He has worked very hard this year in order to get it all in, and we are very happy with his progress!

This year is the 100th year of scouting- so we had a "birthday party" for our banquet- the girls love the hats and games, the pinata, of course! Even my parents got to come- it was really great! Way to go, Alex!!Then today he had his last basketball game for the season- whoo hoo! What a fun season it has been...we have had some wins, and some losses- bad ones, but great moments, where Alex hit the last shot at the buzzer! Today, he was sick, so he didn't score at all- a first time this season- he has hit shots every game except this one- so we are proud of him for that too! Here are some final shots of the season:

make sure alex always gets his badges and things as he goes sis..dallin's eagle was just delayed 6 months from shoddy record keeping from scout leaders in utah and not having badges...it was nasty mess. they had to fabricate dates and things. !!
