Chapter 4

Well, thanks to my blogger friend, Autumn, I think I can finally make some much needed changes to my page! I will be adding more photos and less text- hallelujah! Today my friends, Rick and his son, James, Bonnie and daughter, Sage, and Jennifer with son Bryan, and daughter Lauryn went to the apple orchard to pick some Golden Delicious apples! What fun! It was a beautiful morning, and there were apples aplenty! I myself picked 50 pounds, not all for me, but it was a lot! So fun, these are some really great shots of the fun the kids had! Enjoy while we enjoy the apples!!
Blog later-

Chapter 3

Okay, so my friend Bonnie wants to know why a stay at home mom would be a blogger- good question, and one I don't have a great answer for! I told her it was sort of a journal, a way to write what is going on in my life, I type faster than I write, but that I don't really have much going on in my life today, or yesterday, for that matter. I am just writing to write, to have another addiction, I suppose. Ebay just isn't enough, I guess! It is interesting to read others that I know of Blogs, like Autumn. She is hilarious! I really enjoy her anctics and her wit- she is the one that inspired this boring blog. Thanks, Autumn! I am sure others are thanking you now as I write and you read this!
As for my day, I just took Leah for her monthly haircut- she is so cute! She always asks me why she can't have long hair, and I have to come up with some reason other than that I love her hair this way, and want to keep it short, because I am the mom! She is funny about it, though. She did say that she really likes it today- that could change tomorrow when she gets ready for school, we all know that women are entitled to change their mind, for which she reminds me daily!
Celeste wanted to be like her sister, so after my friend Renee cut Leah's hair, Celeste pulled out her "pretty" (that's what we call hair thingy's), and climbed up in the chair! Renee just combed it all over and then she said "done", and got down! Unlike Autumn who adds cute pics to her posts, I forgot to take the camera for a pic of that, but here is one of Leah with her new do.
Well, naptime is nearly over, so that means my time to myself is too-
Have a great one!

Chapter 2

Okay, so it took me far too long to figure things out on this blog site! I thought I was sort of computer savy, but apparently not, because I was still working out the details of where to put what and how, and I still do not like the layout! Oh well, I don't want to fixate on the little things- I am such a perfectionist when I want to be! Don't ask Dana if I am, because there are a lot of projects I begin and finish 90%, but when I am done, I am done, no matter if the project is or not! Perfectionism builds character! Leah had dance today, and I sat alone again! I just am not that comfortable around this group of mom's- they really like Celeste, and talk to her, but not to me, and it is sort of awkward. I tried reading my Simple Life magazine, but I didn't get through as much as I wanted. It is a really great magazine, by the way, and I really love when I get a few moments to read from it, since it gives really great ideas, and they are quite "simple", some of them! Anyway, just a quick post, I must go get dinner ready!
Blog soon!

Chapter 1

Today I am officially a blogger! Though I have no idea what that means or entails, I feel a bit happy! I think it will help me collect my random thougths and with journal keeping, but who knows, perhaps it will be a forum for whatever comes to mind, which could be anything and that sounds frightening!

It is Tuesday, the 25th of September and it is still so crazy hot here! I am so ready for fall to begin- got lots of fun clothes for the girls and for me too! I am excited to decorate for Halloween and put out the fallish stuff- it is just crazy that my air conditioning is running today!!

Celeste is napping, which is when I will probably post these random thoughts and Leah is playing in the other room for her "quiet time". Alex and Dana, are of course at school. I usually spend this time resting myself, and reading, today I will count the Ensign as my scripture reading! Seriously, I will!

Well, I am going to finish up here, try not to get too excited for the end- it is just as non exciting as the beginning of this blog...

Have a great day!
Kelly
