Our last days in Paradise

Now it's Friday and we are not happy! It is our last full day here and we don't want to think that tomorrow we have to go home!!

Leah and Grandma on the beach- they love to collect shells together! This one lasted well over an hour!

Lots of little fish like this swim all around- they are okay- just so long as they don't bite!

Because I didn't want raccoon eyes, I tried really hard not to wear my sunglasses, right?! Well, instead of that look, I got crows feet lines, white ones, from SQUINTING!! Nice look.

Instead of going back to the beach- we went in, got cleaned up and went miniature golfing!! Well, mom, Dana, Alex, and Leah did, while Celeste and I did some souveneir shopping! Here is the fun they had:

Dana might have had a hole in one, but Grandma beat him by one stroke!

Then after that fun, we went out for a fun seafood dinner at Creek Ratz- here we are:

This is outside a store called "Jaws" where they have live sharks inside- they just layed there in the water, they almost looked dead, but at least the entrance was cool!

Saturday morning we woke up and we definetly did not want to leave!! It was beautiful on the beach, almost too beautiful, actually. We cleaned out our room, loaded the van and then headed to the beach for one last stroll... I took way too many pictures of this, but here are just a few:

We stayed at the pool until around 2pm, when we left to drive to Esther and Jeremy's house about 3 hours away. Here we are enjoying our last day at the pool- (I am crying now!)

The next post will end our trip- it was so fabulous, so full of everything good about a vacation...I miss it already more than I can say.

Days 5 and 6 in Paradise

Now it's Wednesday, and it's just glorious! We start the morning with our International Water Aerobics (my mom and I) and then hang out at the pool for a while, again!

We had fun- it was just something different to do, and it really was a good workout to start the day!

We never made it to the beach on Wednesday- can you believe that?! I hated it!! No, we decided to go in early and take a nap, because we were going to Broadway at the Beach, a huge attraction-type place for dinner, shopping and more fun!! Alex and Dana were going to a Myrtle Beach Pelican (a farm team for the Braves-their fav team) which was right across the street. So, we headed there and ate at Senor Frogs-a fun Mexican restaurant and then did some fun girly things:

Thursday came too quickly for me!! I got up early and walked the beach alone- it was so peaceful and beautiful, I so could do this daily!! Here are some early morning shots:

After the beach, we headed to the big pool in front of our condo for some pool fun! I just had to take a picture of the feet washing off the sand- we did this so many times!

That night, Dana and I got to go on a date!! Yes!! It was so nice!! We went to PF Changs for dinner and then shopping all around different places! It was good to get out without the crazies-they had pizza, swimming and great times with Grandma!! We even stayed out till 9:30!! Call us crazy! It rained like crazy that night, then never did again! Good times!
