Zoo Outing

Now that everyone is in school, except Lanie...we try to have fun outings each week.  Last week, it was mild and sunny, so we grabbed GeeGee and headed to the zoo! What fun! See for yourself...

Daddy is 37

So on Sunday, Dana turned 37, and now we are equal! I had his family and mine over for desserts.  It turned out so nice. Here are the few shots I got- I was so busy, I didn't take more, but it was great anyway!

The dessert table that consisted of: chocolate chip cookie cake, sugar cookie tarts, frosted banana bars, Peanut butter M&M's, cookies and cream cupcakes, oreo truffles, Mormon margaritas, pumpkin ice cream and cookies and cream ice cream. Oh, and some fruit to balance it out!

We hope you know, Dana, how much we love you!! Hope you had a wonderful birthday!

Chili Cook off and Hoe Down

Last Friday our Ward had a Chili Cook - off and a Hoe Down! The kids really got into it- as you will soon see...I just made the chili.  It won for "best use of meat"- ha ha- I think it's hilarious! I wish they didn't make up awards for the chili's- clearly, there should be one winner- but we are in the spirit of making everyone feel like a winner...I however, don't really mind- I just really love my chili!
